1979 – Humble Beginnings
Starting as a small family-owned grocery in 1979, OBH was built on dedication and vision, setting the foundation for our role as a trusted FMCG distributor.
1986 – First Agency Partnership
Our distribution journey began with the beloved brand ‘MAMA’, marking our commitment to bringing popular global products to Malaysia.
1987 – Expanding to East Malaysia
We extended our reach to East Malaysia, with Ooi Yan Hock’s brother taking over management of the newly established A & S Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, ensuring our products were accessible nationwide and strengthening our footprint in the region.
1991 – Industry Contributions

1997 – Scaling Up
